Turbulence FD

You have to pre-calculate the Turbulence FD .bcf cache files to render on the Ranch.

  • You need to use revision 1407 or greater
  • Build the cache by going into Menu Plugins > Turbulence FD > Start Cached Simulation

  • Use the path ./ in the Simulation Caches field
  • Select your cache folder in the folder list in the TFD Container settings

  • Check your cache folder in the RANCHecker TFD settings

X-Particles

You have to pre-calculate the X-Particles .xpc cache files to render on the Ranch.

  • Go to Menu X-Particles > Other objects > xpCache

  • Make sure to use External (Files) as Cache Type

  • The X-Particles objects and the xpCache object should have red icons

Please note that:
You can use any destination for the X-Particles cache, RANCHecker will gather it automatically from the xpCache path.

The following cache formats are supported: .xpc, .bin, .bgeo, .geo, .pdb, .pdb32, .pdb64, .pda, .ptc, .pdc, .prt, .xptc, .xpgc, .xpkc, .xpsc, .xpfc

Forester

If you have some wind animation on trees, you have to cache the simulation by clicking on Cache Simulation in the Forester Tree settings.
